Matlab variable dimensions error all the time

Hi,

So I'm fairly new to matlab, but I've written several basic programs and never had any real trouble. But now every program I try to use gives the error that the variable dimensions don't match. I don't understand why this has suddenly started happening, when these programs all worked before.

Any help would be much appreciated.
