temp tracker need help urgent

hi guys i need help with a program im struggling with.All i got to do is enter the highest temp and lowest temp a month and a city and it should be displayed in a listbox, the program i got is from college ive been in the same grade for 2years i tried my best and cant seem to pass it, so i asking if their is anyone thats willing to help me please i beg of you.
