Help Matlab

Hi,
I have to make a matlab home work but I'm not being able too do it.

Here is what I have to do:

1)Make a function to read two sequences from a file. Each sequence must be in a seperate line.

2)Make two functions, to calculate the distance of Hamming and Levenshtein.

3)Make a function that calculates the optimal alignment between two sequences.

4)Write a script that calls the functions above.


Can someone help me?
