Clicking on my link is not working... but right click does

Clicking on my link is not working... but right click, open in new tab does? I've tried ie and chrome.

If you go to the Sports section and hover over the cheerleading picture to see to icons....if you click on the link, it's supposed to take you to a new page.

I don't understand why it's not working. Please advise.
