Problem with network adapter

I need help with network adapters which works on Windows CE.
When I restart the system it sometimes can not connect to the network. I tried to change settings, DHCP, static address, but the problem is still the same. Approximately after the seventh restart the system is not connected to a network, it can not even PING although has the correct IP address.
Could anyone help?
