Hello Forum, I am new and I haven’t started reading my entire visual basic programming book yet nor have I read all my other programming language books either. I want to say, I am sorry for not doing my programming knowledge homework first. I do need your help though. I have been searching the internet for three days on source codes for VS 2005. Using Google and searching different ways to find websites with basic projects or source codes to help me. I am looking for something simple to help me understand a simple quiz program in visual basic language. I have found a few source codes and projects on quiz applications, but they are in Visual Basic 6. I tried to convert them over to VS 2005, but got an error message. The message encouraged me to get Visual Basic 6 and do a compile of code, to check for errors. Then it listed additional add on applications that I am going to need to get the project to work in Visual Basic 6. I personal feel, I shouldn’t have to get another developer program to convert projects or compile code in another format. Then convert them to Visual Studio 2005. What I need is a simple tutorial on building a question and answer application that can give me the basic fundamentals to understand the visual basic language for adding multiple choice questions. Then respond with a correct answer statement, which I know how to set up or wrong answer statement. I also know a little bit about using the “if “statement. I have read the first few chapters in Visual Basic 2005 step by step book from Microsoft. In the first chapter it talks about how to click a button for a response statement. I also understand how to build forms, add buttons and other things in general.
