Hi.
i'm reading C++ Programming Language.
i'm still in Basic section.
-
i experienced programming with Visual Basic and it was fun!
but, after a long time, i decided to Create a Operating System!!! what?! you are kidding me, right?!
you know, i know how difficult it is and so... dont try to remind me that.
cause i may be new in C++ but, im not new in Programming World! i mean, i can create complex algorithm and flowchart and i Also know about machine language, assembly language and network and a bit about CPU and.. all im saying, is that i am "Familiar" to all of these.
so, im learning C++, and, i know for creating a Horrible thing like an OS, we should at least have created one-complex-program first. and i also know how strong C++ is. (i heard about it and i know which programs they have created by C++).
so, what my question is, is that, i know C Programming language is more similar to Assembly language. but C++ isn't.
because, C is a Low-Level-Language and has more direct contact with CPU, than C++.
but, C++ is a mid-Level-Language, or perhaps it is a high-level-language. (Different perceptions from people).
anyway, i want to contact with CPU because, i one day want to create an OS.
just tell me, which is better, to put my time on, to put my life on.
C or C++? (for creating an Operating System with a separate Kernel!)
im also reading Assembly language. and all about the CPU i want to work with.
please tell me, if im an stupid. ill be happy, if you point me out.
Thank you, so much.
