Program for run a stepper motor in clockwise-anti clockwise

Hi,
I am making one embedded project which controls the motor clock-anti clockwise. I have two digital input 0 and 1 and the motor has 5wire unipolar, and I have to use digital pulses t run the motor anyone help me to program this scenario.
